it's much too early

it's not quite 8:30am and i'm already in the pigeon lab. the birds are in the middle of a program, so i have some free time, but i'm really not awake enough to use it well because i got home after 4 this morning. it was rather unplanned, really...after practice, i decided not to go to friday's with the team so i could get home and get some sleep. then, emily invited me and several other people to her place because she had made snickerdoodles (sp? it's the sugar cookies covered with cinnamon, really good even though i don't usually like cinnamon) so i went, thinking i'd stay for 30 minutes and then go. right. that didn't actually happen, so now here i am, going on 2.5 hours of sleep. it was a good night, though...funny group of people and a comfy setting. good times, but getting up to come to the lab was hell.

so i'm not so upset about the trilogy tuesday thing anymore. we're still gonna watch ebay, but if that doesn't come through, and i doubt it wil, at least not at prices we're willing to pay, we'll just have to see the extended editions in the theaters and rotk somewhere on the first day it comes out. yes.

Yes, you spelled them right. And I don't normally go for cinnamon either, but these cookies are awesome. However, as Kevin said tonight, "Emily, NO COOKIES!" I think that translates as the cookies are awesome, but we all need more sleep than we got on Thursday night. Which sounds like a sentiment you're voicing as well. :)

sorry for the horribly late reply...this comment seems to have gotten lost among other notification e-mails. in any case, ye, the cookies were wonderful, but sleep was severely lacking. that was a funny friday at the lab after 2.5 hours of sleep...
