dancingyelanyone who's taken behavioral psych or anything resembling it will know what i'm talking about, and everyone else will likely be confused, but i just found out from my wonderful behavioral book that checking my e-mail is reinforced on a VI schedule. yes. if you really want to know what that means, ask me. it's fairly boring, though.
