4/10 and 4/11 [DoG]

um...so sunday's list never made it up 'cause i was at cin's all evening, and today's list is v. delayed because of being at cin's and then going more or less straight to dinner with emily. sorry. oh, and cin? i don't remember how many chips...a handful? i'll pay more attention next time, but it wasn't so many...like, i got a handful and ate that with salsa and didn't go back and get more or anything.

heh...emily, you crack me up for getting water and not soda today. i thought i'd mention that again.

morning: oatmeal with honey
lunch: turkey sandwich with avocado and lettuce and tomato
dinner: turkey pasta primavera! yay! it's turkey and pasta (obviously!) and brocolli and zucchini and tomato and onion and carrots and garlic. yummy! oh, and a glass of nice sparkling white wine. heh.
also: slice of the hazelnut torte cin and i (mostly cin) made, lots of propel water, and, at some point during the day, a chocolate square. love the chocolate. oh, and also a stick of peppercorn jack cheese. oh, and some cranberries.

breakfast: oatmeal with honey and a chocolate square(see a pattern?)
lunch: turkey pasta primavera
dinner: beef stir fry with rice and corn and sprouts and brocolli and carrots.
also: propel water and a strawberry italian soda after practice, and a small piece (not even a slice, 'cause everyone else wanted some!) of the hazelnut torte. also some cranberries.

ok, that is all. i seem to be eating slightly less.

hey! not sure if i missed this in a previous post...but are you keeping track of what you eat by writing it all down to see what your diet is really like? I've done that a couple times, including once for my nutrition class, and it was very eye-opening. I eat waaaaaay too much sugar and not nearly enough healthy stuff. So then for awhile after I try to cut back, but eventually I fall back into my old habits. Anyway, good luck!

good on ya, mate!

err...i guess if i wanted that to be truly australian it'd be "might" but yeah. when you list sandwiches, list bread type too, and if you had condiments. yay for veggies, errr more fruits? hahaha dude i really do have a comment every time.

The avocado on the sandwich is v. fatty, but I do hear that if you must eat fats it has the "best" kind.
And I would have gotten fruit juice or (chocolate) milk if I hadn't gotten water instead. But I'm glad you appreciated the solidarity. ;)
