we finished watching fiddler on the roof today, and it was both happy and sad at the same time. i really like that movie...very cute and happifying, but also bittersweet since they have to leave in the end. sorry to anyone who hasn't seen it or doesn't know the story...but it doesn't really give anything away since you suspect as much the whole movie.
on a happier note, i'm reading the second book about bridget jones, the edge of reason. i like it a lot! it's quite amusing and silly. but i shouldn't read it since i still have hw to do...oh, well. i did most of my programming already, and will do the rest of it tomorrow evening. i'm very proud of myself for finishing so much of it...it took me an hour and a half, and i just couldn't handle any more, but i did quite a bit. and later today, i will read some more of the Tanakh and will re-read my french book since i have to do an essay on it. i hope vic's roommate lets me borrow his lab notebook since i need it before wednesday in order to use it for this lab.
so the other day i talked to ceci and asked her for advice on graham crackers, if you know what i mean. she said in her opinion, he's not a good person to have feelings for since he's scared of commitment and is "married to his work." great. of course, it's her perception, but she seems to be a good judge of people...plus she knows him. i guess i'll just have to wait and see what happens. it was good to get her perspective, though. info is a good thing. just thought of something...i better go change all the references to him into code, just in case he stumbles on my lj from aim. k, i better go and do that, then.
