massage class is great!

i really enjoy being at massage...it's awesome and hilarious. there were 30 of us today, which is really too much...we were bouncing off walls and getting very hyper. will (the teacher) was talking about giving an energetic hug to the whole room (?) and imagining that all our cells were really joyful to be doing what they were designed to do and that they were so happy, they didn't look like cells but like little smiley faces (?!!)...very interesting evening.

you know when you're in san francisco when a girl says "you know, my wife always cracks her knuckles...it really annoys me!" and no one does so much as a double take. amusing...

in other news, my best huggers list is going up tomorrow! still more time to convince me you should be on it!
