long time, no update...

well, at least no real update...things have been just a little hectic lately, and i haven't felt like sitting down to write. but i don't wanna study right now, and my sister has yet to tell me when she wants to bring rachel over, so i suppose this is a good distraction.

so everything's been good in a hectic sort of way. there's always loads to do and not enough time to do it in...but at least i'm never bored. it's hard to believe the quarter's almost over...it really got away from me this time...i'm still somewhere in 3rd week or so. heh...it's been interesting.

my sister's here, along with alex and rachel. i was so glad to see them sunday! i really missed them, especially rachel. she's such a cutie! she's a funny, happy kid...and that makes me really happy. i wish i could see her more often, but i guess this is what happens when i live far from home. well, at least i'm still in california and not on the east coast or something...san diego isn't so far.

i've been thinking, and i've decided that sometimes, it's better to not have any experience since it means you also have no ghosts. but that's ok. i wouldn't give it up if i could.

i got an e-mail from alex from massage! that was super happy! i miss hanging out and chatting with him three days a week. he's very amusing...hopefully, i can hang out with him when i go to sf for winter break.

i had a very good convo with my mom on friday...got some perspective on life and relationships. but also got a little sad 'cause we were talking about drifting away from people. and i hate when that happens.
