I can't seem to sum up my first thought in one sentence, so it'll have to be a longer version.

In my mind, my little world, or whatever you want to call it, this is why you would be in bed with me one morning, and what I would assume had happened if I woke up and found you there:
You had a super-huge fight with your parents and had to escape to someone, and Kevin was unavailable or unable to help in some way, so you drove down to Palo Alto, even though it was late, and convinced my parents to let you stay here.

Is that logical? No, it's first thing in the morning. You should at least be in the guest bedroom, not in my twin bed with me. And it would make just as much sense for you to go to Nicki's or Cindy's. And why isn't your own apartment safe for times like that? And why would my parents be up later than me to let you in while I was asleep? But in any case, all of this is to say that my first thought would be along the lines of, "Oh no, what's wrong?"
