dress crisis: the dress i want to wear to the TORN party is beautiful and lovely, but it takes 2 people to zip it up, not including myself, because the zipper's on the back and i can't get to it, one person has to hold the thing closed and another needs to zip it. this is a problem, seeing how my roommates won't actually be coming with me. great. need a solution.

also, is anyone by any chance driving up to la sunday morning the 29th who could maybe possibly give me a ride? i'd pay for your gas and be forever grateful! barring that, would someone be able to give me a ride to the train station in dowtown san diego?

ok, back to studying.

it would have to be two friendly party-goers...but i've talked to the friend i'm staying with and she and her friends said they'd help...which is very good because the dress is most definitely not manageable alone.

i think i'm taking the 10:35 train out of san diego...i'm not 100% sure yet, but that seems the likeliest. so, i'd have to be at the station at 9:30ish, give or take a little.

TAKE THE TRAIN OUT OF SOLANA BEACH, not Downtown SD!!!! Solana Beach is so much closer to La Jolla!!! call me elaine... I was waiting at the bus stop on wednesday and had this random inkling/urge to call you to say hello but somehow decided against it.

anyhow, it's been like, what, well over a week since u posted so this probably doesn't help ya...

hehehe...sam joe, you crack me up. i'd call you right now, but it's not even 9am, so i'm betting you're asleep. by the way, sorry i never responded on aim...i wasn't actually there, just forgot to put up an away message.

in any case, the problem with solana beach is that it's not very bussable. i have a ride there, so i think i'll take the train out of solana beach, but when i'm returning, i have to go to downtown sd so that i can catch a bus back to campus. unless of course someone can pick me up, but on a monday afternoon, that's not super feasible.
