so, in addition to having a really grumpy practice (all of us were grumpy, not just me), i just received an email from the ucla grad program (literally just now, as it turned midnight) that i was not accepted. i didn't expect to get in to ucla, not at all, but it's still kinda sad to get a rejection letter, you know? but yeah, 1 down, 15 to go.

in other news, i'm sorry i've kinda dissapeared lately...i haven't been updating or keeping up with people's ljs...i'll try to catch up this weekend, but i'm not making any promises.

Well, here's hoping that you make it into the other 15, and the only thing you have to complain about is not knowing which one to go to!

Heh...i should send them the letter, but i somehow highly doubt anyone would really look at it. ah, well.

thanks for the nice wishes! i don't think i'm gonna get in to all the other schools, but i'm certainly hoping to have some sort of choice. heck, i'm just hoping to get in anywhere, really!

Elaine dear, you are too good for ucla (heh, I go there !!) so no worries. there's a reason for it anyways, and as i see it, the grad school you go to will be absolutely wonderful. it will definitely be a pleasure for them to have you.

thanks, Lindsay! it's nice to have this support from people...so many good friends! i'm not so upset about ucla, it's just kinda sucky to get a rejection letter, you know? but i'm ok, it's not too bad.

i hope you feel better, sweetie! it sounds like you've found some solutions, what with the chiropractor and all!
