the post (2 posts ago?) about what i've been eating wasn't meant to actually be public...sorry, friends-list, for being randomly subjected to a discussion of my eating habits. it has a comment now, so i won't lock it or anything, but generally, i've been filtering the posts. so yeah, sorry about the randomness. if you for whatever reason want to be included in the eating habit thing, leave me a comment and i'll add you to the filter.

support is always welcome...i'll add you to the filter! motivation is a funny thing...the other day, emily had water instead of soda and rice instaed of noodles to show solidarity. it was great.
