"List ten things that make you happy (in no particular order), and then tag five people to do the same..."

so, ten things that make me happy...

1. sitting on the boy's couch with his head on my shoulder and playing video games. or just hanging out with the boy, in general.
2. working in a place where i'm appreciated and where i get to do a little bit of a lot of different things
3. having very cuddly friends
4. dancing, although i do wish i were doing more of it.
5. having a cool appartment and an awesome roommate
6. family, sometimes...the little ones always, and everyone else on occasion.
7. bubble baths with warm vanilla sugar scented bubbles, and then getting out of the bath and having a huge deep red bath sheet as a towel.
8. living relatively close to both cin and nik once again!
9. the fact that my space heater is now on a timer and turns on 20 minutes before i wake up, thus making it bearable to get out of my warm bed.
10. that in general, my transition from college to the working world has been unbelievable smooth and easy. there are always ways life can improve (healthy grandparents being the number one wish), but for the most part, i'm as happy as i've ever been.

it has seriously cut down on the amount of time i need to get ready in the morning! i used to take so long to make myself unwrapped from my blanket, but now it's not so bad anymore.

i need to find that assignment again. oooh or that book of happy things. anyways, yay for the heater! i wish i could get the same thing for my room except that the heater has no plug, it's attached to the wall. oh well.

Ten (well maybe 11) things that make me happy

1) Tali
1.5) Living near Tali.
2) Rooming with Elaine
3) Dancing
4) Wonderful friends in SD (That I don't see nearly enough)
5) A great community of friends in the Bay Area
6) Family, both immediate and extended
7) Good books, and the time to read them.
8) Not having to count pennies to go out for coffee (Aka having a reasonable income)
9) That my company pays for me to take cool classes
10) Flirting with pretty women (and girls)

ok well i wasn't tagged but this is a really good idea so i wanna perticipate :-)

sidenote - so i'll be there tues the 20th... i don't know how to contact the others but i wanna see everyone... kevin, tali, greg, david, your david etc and i figure several of them read your lj PLEASE COME!! :-)

1) seeing a whole new style of life here in France / Europe
2) growing to understand myself
3) feeling like i have family in France, feeling at home with them
4) feeling close to my friends back home from half way around the world
5) french cuisine, the smell of fresh baked bread, the look of pastries and chocolate in the windows, home made dinners every night
6) being able to travel, having all those amazing memories that make me feel "wordly"
7) knowing that i'm coming home to cuddly friends and asian food!
8) getting in touch with old friends and feeling the warmth that comes from years of history together
9) being strong enough to move on and be excited about my future
10) dancing, singing, playing piano - expressing myself through music
