my apologies for disappearing off the face of the earth. i owe people comments and emails galore (especially

grimhild! bret, i'm an idiot and the email i thought i sent you is in fact sitting, half-finished, in my draft folder! it will get sent soon, i promise!) and i've just been generally out of touch. sorry! but life is mostly good, if rather insane, and maybe things will calm down long enough for me to actually interact with people soon, though i wouldn't count on it. work, other insanity...and also, my wisdom tooth is going nuts, so i may have to have emergency-ish removal surgery thing. blah. but that's ok.
