what's a good thing to do for lower back pain? after this weekend, i'm hurting lots. not good!

ok, so i found out that i don't need to come in tomorrow, but my mom wants me to stop by my sister's place on my way down at some point in the morning. what time were you thinking of leaving? i was thinking we should try and get on the road by noon at the latest, to avoid traffic, but i'm not attached to any particular time.
