have been invited for interview at berkeley, which i had always figured was a long shot and unlikely! so yay! that's 2 interview invites, and 9 schools i haven't heard from yet. good start, now let's hope i actually get accepted somewhere. but yeah, excitement!

thanks! i'm super excited, especially because the numbers at berkeley are nuts (18 people out of 270 invited for interviews, they'll take 5-7 of those)! now, i just need to get a suit and look all professional for them!

whoa, that is super crazy! Hey, even if you don't get in it's a huge compliment anyway! But you'll get in. :) 5-7 out of 18? You're better than 2/3 of the others! Think positively!
