news of the day

dancingyeldespite it being september 11th, it was a pretty good day.
by far the best news of the day is that the major crisis is not a crisis anymore and is now being resolved. my sad tears changed to tears of relief. i always knew how much it all meant to me, but i didn't realize how much i would hurt when faced with the possibility of losing it. thank you for agreeing to try.
thank you, God, for answering the tearful prayers You had to listen to the last couple of days.
thank you, cindy, for listening to me ramble...both during the crisis and after the (happy) resolution.
other good things today: i had a practicum on rudy, and it went really well. good conversation, too. he's a really nice guy. also, class went pretty well. it was sad saying bye to people, but everyone was really sweet. one more class for me, and then i'm all done...i'll miss them! oh, almost forgot! the triplets' (these 5 year olds that have the same b-day as me) dad is getting back together with their mom! he cheated on her and then decided to get a separation...but even though he cheated, she wanted him back, which i can understand...she loves him, and he's the father of her 3 kids. anyhow, he thought about it and they have decided to give it another try and attempt to work things out. that makes me tres happy!
tomorrow, i get to go to my final at will's place. i hope it goes well. then, later in the day, my mom and i are going to an advance screening of "slap her, she's french." friday, i get to go to henry's place so he can do a practicum on me. happy!
so yes. good conclusion to the day and new reasons to be hopeful.
