dancingyel | almost time to leave san francisco

well, yom kippur went pretty well. no crises, and the fast wasn't so bad...i mean, i was hungry and lethargic, but it was better than last year, when i felt like i'd pass out if i didn't lay down and sleep. i'm hoping the inspiration from today will last me for a while...looking to make some meaningful changes in my life, God willing.

made a deal with my mom...if i don't eat cookies or chips or crackers except for once a month or so, i can have a steady supply of trader joe's bittersweet chocolate...i like that deal. will have to buy chocolate first thing in san diego! hehe...can't wait to go there! lots of plans for sd. i wonder how this year will turn out.

tomorrow is my last day at massage...i don't like saying bye to people, but it's inevitable, esp. when i spend summer in one place, and the rest of my year in another. oh, well...i'll deal. it's not as bad as saying bye to the dancers. oh, and it's also my lsat day at work...bummer.

wednesday is another trip to berkeley...and yet another good-bye...two, actually. not fun, but necessary.

lots of thought about judaism running around my head...perhaps i'll write about some of them later.
