happy days!

dancingyelyesterday was a really nice night...happy times for cin and me. i'll let you tell your own story, cin, but let me just say, finally! it was about time! hehehe...i'm very happy for both of you guys!
i was having a good night, too. dan and i hung out and talked at my place 'till like 1 in the morning...totally lost track of time. we were having a really good convo about goals and such. i'm still guarding my heart, like Proverbs 4:23 that everyone's been quoting at me the last couple of days, but i feel ok about it now. i told him, and he was like, "yeah, i understand. do that as long as you need to." it was tres nice to hear him say so. yeah. he's a good guy, and i'm happy.
i'm listening to the song i posted a coule of days ago, that i would be good and it makes me think of what love is, or should be. dan and i were talking about that, and i was saying how love is unconditional, once you love someone, you never stop, and if you do, then it wasn't really love to begin with. that song really makes me think of it, because the whole time, she's talking about how she wants to know that no matter what, she'll still be good in her own eyes, and possible in someone else's eyes, the "you" that's in the lyrics. yeah. i really like that song.
i think it's time to go do o-chem reading now. i'm starting to get pretty spacey, and i should get some reading in before i get really super sleepy.
p.s. dan says i make him feel secure. that's happy!
