random 100 word sketch
two pairs of eyes open simultaneously and warm chocolate meets impossibly blue.
"how am i supposed to sleep with you staring at me?"
"you started it!"
"did not!"
"did, too!"
laughter, interrupted by a kiss. lips stay connected for several moments, then move slowly apart. chocolate eyes twinkle at the drowsy blues.
"it's still early, love, go back to sleep."
"sounds like a wonderful plan. that’s exactly what I’ll do."
another kiss, this time quick, and the blue eyes close peacefully. the chocolates watch for a couple more seconds, gaze caressing the sleeping face, and then they, too, flutter shut.
